Omnia’s Report Templates are ready-made reports designed to give you immediate insights into key pricing, market, and product performance metrics, without needing to build reports from scratch. These templates help you monitor pricing strategies, spot opportunities, and take corrective action with ease.

Each template focuses on a specific use case and is optimized to deliver valuable, actionable information quickly.

Price Advice Report

What it shows:
Starting point of exporting Omnia’s recommended prices based on your pricing strategies, business rules, and market data to your internal systems.

Why it's valuable:
Use this report to safely export Omnia's price recommendations. The report includes important data points used in your pricing strategy which allows you to review and validate the price recommendations. There are also safety filters build in that allow you to intercept any large changes or price suggestions that might be off.

Best for:

  • Reviewing suggested price changes

  • Exporting Price Recommendations to ERP, E-commerce or PIM systems.

  • Intercept undesired price recommendations. 

Tips to customize the report:

  • Adjust the Safety filter: Exclude Price differences more than 20% in the filter section to adjust if you want to receive all price advices or only within a certain a certain limit of price difference.

Market Price Below Cost Report

What it shows:
Products where the lowest market price is below your purchase price.

Why it’s valuable:
This report helps protect your margins. It highlights where matching the market might result in selling at a loss—giving you the chance to adjust strategy, review supplier costs, or take other actions.

Best for:

  • Protecting margins

  • Spotting market pressure on cost

  • Guiding negotiation or assortment decisions

Tips to customize the report:

  • Add filters by supplier or category to target negotiation areas.

  • Include cost and margin columns for a more detailed view.

  • Export weekly to monitor ongoing margin risk.

Outliers Report

What it shows:
Products with significant price shifts, calculated as a large difference between current selling price and new price advice.

Why it's valuable:
Sudden price changes can be risky. This report helps you identify unexpected pricing behavior, validate if changes make sense, and catch strategy or data issues before they cause disruptions.

Best for:

  • Controlling pricing stability

  • Validating strategy inputs

  • Preventing accidental large price swings

Tips to customize the report:

  • Change the Price difference filter to adjust the threshold for what counts as an "outlier".
  • Filter for high sales products.

Products Hitting Minimum or Maximum Safety Boundaries

What it shows:
Products priced at the lower or upper limit allowed by your safety boundaries.

Why it's valuable:
When products hit boundaries, it often means your strategy is constrained. This report helps you see where safety rules might be too restrictive, blocking your pricing from reacting to market conditions.

Best for:

  • Adjusting overly tight boundaries

  • Detect products with agressive competitors in the market.

Tips to customize the report:

  • Filter or check strategy branch name to see if certain rules are too tight.

  • Add fields like offers Min/avg/max price to assess whether you’re far off from competition.

Top 100 Products with Largest Gap Between Min Safety Rule and Min Market

What it shows:
Products where your minimum safety price is far above the market’s lowest price.

Why it's valuable:
Big gaps mean you might be overpriced compared to the market. This report highlights missed sales opportunities caused by overly conservative safety settings and helps you stay competitive.

Best for:

  • Finding overly safe price limits

  • Improving price competitiveness

  • Balancing margin vs. market fit

Tips to customize the report:

  • Add margin and sales in the fields to quantify lost opportunity.
  • Change Top-X to expand/decrease the number of products you want to look at or Group the TopX filter by Category, Brand or Strategy Branch Name.

Top 20 High Sales Products Hitting a Safety Boundary

What it shows:
Top-selling products that are currently limited by a safety rule.

Why it's valuable:
These products drive your revenue, so if they’re stuck at a boundary, it could mean missed opportunities. The report helps you decide where to adjust rules to let strong sellers perform even better.

Best for:

  • Optimizing pricing for key products

  • Reducing restrictions on high-impact products

  • Driving revenue and margin from key SKUs

Tips to customize the report:

  • Add current margin to the report fields
  • Group by Strategy Branche Name in the TopX filter to find patterns.

High Runner Report

What it does:
An overview of your top-selling products per product group. 

Why it's valuable:
Gives a focused view on your most impactful SKUs, helping you ensure they’re competitively priced and aligned with strategy.

Best for:

  • Monitoring key revenue drivers

  • Maintaining competitiveness on high-volume items

  • Guiding manual or promotional pricing decisions

  • Implementing a High Runner pricing strategy

Tips to customize the report:

  • Add filters for out-of-stock or promotional items.
  • Include competitor count to assess market saturation.

Selling Price vs Market Average Delta Report

What it shows:
The difference (delta) between your current selling price and the average market price (excluding shipping).

Why it’s valuable:
This report helps you understand how your pricing compares to the market average at a glance. You can quickly identify whether you're consistently pricing above or below the competition and by how much, enabling informed decisions around competitiveness and margin strategy.

Best for:

  • Benchmarking your price position in the market

  • Adjusting strategy for products that are over- or under-priced

  • Informing discount or promotional opportunities

Tips to customize the report:

  • Use calculated fields to show the exact € or % difference.

  • Add filters for product categories or brands where pricing competitiveness is a priority.

  • Include your own margin or cost price fields to understand the full profit impact.

  • Use conditional formatting or flags to highlight large deltas.

You can access all report templates when creating a new Report in the Reports section in Omnia. Each template can be customized further or exported for internal analysis and stakeholder sharing.
