Get a preview of the report content
By navigating to preview in a specific report, you can see a sample of 40 records without downloading the entire report. This lets you check what the report will look like and whether the setup is as you would prefer.
Feed preview
The table shows an overview of all columns that have been added to the mapping of this report. You can choose to sort the table based on a column by clicking on the header.
CSV and XML link
In some scenarios it might be useful to have a direct URL to the report. Some customers configure their systems to call for our feed to receive the information from a report. For these cases the direct URL that is defined under the preview table can be used (both for CSV and HTML).
Sometimes it can be useful to loop back information from a report into Omnia by using this URL. More about this set-up in this article.
Note - please note that the CSV or XML file only contains the columns that have been selected in the export settings of this report
