In reports, you can add calculated fields and imported fields. This article explains the difference.
When adding a field to a report, you can either select a static value (value added by you in the report, this will only change if you change the value manually), an imported value (value you/your IT team shares with Omnia), or a calculated value (Value Omnia calculates based on the data we collect for you). Clicking on the formula bar shows a dropdown of all field options.
Calculated fields
The calculated fields get re-calculated every time a report gets triggered. This can be manually by you, or by Omnia after a scheduled calculation.
This table shows all calculated fields and how they are calculated:
Field name |
Calculation |
Total Unit(s) sold last 4 weeks |
The sales data per EAN/GTIN, provided via the Units Sold Total Yesterday field in the product import mapping, is used in the Total Unit(s) sold last 4 weeks calculated field. After 7 days the imported sales data can be corrected for returns, canceled orders etc. via the Units Sold Total 7 Days Ago field in Product import mapping. |
Price Advice |
This calculated field contains the price advice calculated via the Pricing strategy tree. |
Offer count fields (e.g. Number of offers Google.de) |
Shows how many valid offers there are available per domain scraped. The count is always calculated based on the most recent monitoring, considers only valid offers (blacklisted / non-whitelisted competitor offers are not taken into account) and own offers (of shop names registered in my shops in the strategy page) are ignored. |
Offers Average Price Incl./Excl. Shipping Costs |
Takes all valid offers and returns the average price in the market (sum of all valid offer prices / number of valid offers). Available including and excluding shipping costs. |
Offers Maximum Price Incl./Excl. Shipping Costs |
Takes all valid offers and returns the highest offer in the market. Available including and excluding shipping costs. |
Offers Minimum Price Incl./Excl. Shipping Costs |
Takes all valid offers and returns the lowest offer in the market. Available including and excluding shipping costs. |
Difference between the imported fields 'Units Sold yesterday' and 'Units Sold 7 days ago'
Units Sold yesterday: this field refers to the number of units sold yesterday
Units Sold 7 days ago: this field refers to the number of units on a specific day 7 days ago
E.g.: Today is the 28th of January
Units Sold yesterday: # of units sold on the 27th of January
Units Sold 7 days ago: # of units sold on the 21st of January
